OUR
THE ENGINEER AND THE ARTIST
TAKE ON LUXURY HOMEBUILDING
One could call it a YIN-YANG partnership... one founding partner is an engineer, the other, an artist.

Both are passionate about architecture, design and construction.

Both are obsessively committed to building exceptional quality, architecturally significant homes.
Both are dedicated to building lasting customer relationships.

The balance between the engineering approach and the artistic approach produces exceptional results.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT ARTES

Kim manages the Interior Design, Marketing and Branding functions at ARTES which includes a global team of Interior designers, 3D animators, interior architects and purchasing specialists to design, produce and execute single family homes in the luxury sector. Her primary love is working with clients to realize their vision. She is equally comfortable with clients, in the office, on the construction site or meeting with vendors. WE CAN'T DO IT ALONE!
It takes a team of experienced construction professionals to complete each home.
We staff each project based on the specific skill sets required for the job, the budget, and
the level of complexity in the construction techniques.
