BILL QUINN

Bill assists in the preliminary assessment of construction costs, renovation requirements and understanding potential construction obstacles. He has served as on-site job supervisor managing the activities of subcontractors, building inspectors, project consultants and visiting sales brokers and lenders. He helps source materials, stocks the job and is responsible for meeting construction timelines, quality objectives and budgets. Bill possesses best in class people skills and a keen eye for quality.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Bill has worked with Mr. Eder on various projects since 1995 including a large portfolio of condominiums in Boston and Chicago, the Alta Project, Westgate, several large single-family homes in Orange County and the Coachella Valley. He has managed a variety of construction projects including major renovations of historic estate properties, conversion of apartment buildings into condominiums, and high-end luxury estates. He has extensive experience in most aspects of construction management and home building.

From 1979 – 1998, Mr. Quinn was Superintendent and Working Foreman for Pollendine Enterprises, one of Southern California’s premier custom home builders. The homes developed by Pollendine Enterprises ranged from 5,000 – 11,000 square feet and construction costs ranged from $200 - $450 per square foot.

Mr. Quinn studied Liberal Arts at Quincy College and construction technology and small business management at Orange Coast College. He has been a licensed General Contractor in the state of California. In addition, he is a second degree black belt in Karate winning regional championships and competing at the National level.
